WesLive is a weblog for the Wesleyan community and all members are welcome to contribute. There are two ways to post: (1) post directly through WordPress, or (2) send us a submission.
As soon as your post is published it will be live and available to the world on community.blogs.wesleyan.edu.
1. Direct Posts
Submit a post! (login here). Members of the community can post on this site immediately by logging into WordPress with their Wesleyan username. (Alumni who do not have an @wesleyan.edu address can gain access by submitting a support request to the Alumni Help Desk.)
2. Send your submission
You can e-mail your submission to weslive@wesleyan.edu or click here. Please include your full name (or we can’t post for you), and describe the subject of your post in the E-mail Subject line. Please include images or other media.
Things we may edit
We may edit submissions for title length and web formatting. (If we need to edit the title we will copy your original title to the post body.) Sometimes we will add images to the post if there is an obvious choice for an accompanying graphic. We will also attempt to replace your username with your full name as the post author. We do not edit the content of your post. The only rules that apply are the ones mentioned below.
The rules
The standard Wesleyan online usage policy applies. If you post something illegal or egregious we will take it down. That’s it! Happy blogging
