Spring is in the air at Wesleyan University, March 30. 

This fall, Wesleyan will welcome to campus its third cohort of Posse Veteran Scholars in the Class of 2020—a group of three women and seven men who have served in all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. They come from all over the United States and have served in places such as Afghanistan, Uganda and Iraq. Their interests range from visual art and filmmaking to teaching and mathematics. For the third time in five games, Harry Stanton ’18 scored four goals as he helped guide Wesleyan’s lacrosse team to a decisive 16-6 win over non-conference foe SUNY Oneonta March 26 at Citrin Field. Wesleyan led the whole game and held a 9-2 advantage at halftime, while outscoring the Red Dragons 7-4 in the second half en route to the 10-goal victory.

Wesleyan returns to the field Saturday, April 2 and will play at Colby. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m.
