Wesleyan students enrolled in the Javanese Dance I course practiced basic movement vocabulary on Feb. 20 in World Music Hall. At the end of the semester, an informal recital will be arranged with the accompaniment of live gamelan music. The class is taught by Urip Sri Maeny, an artist-in-residence in the Dance Department.
