The final General Assembly meeting of the 2012 Fall Semester has come and gone. Your student assembly has been hard at work all year. We spent over 28 hours meeting in General Assembly, canvassed every student residence, funded student groups with $160,237, and gathered over 800 signatures to save Reading Period . We held fora with the Trustees, with the Student Budget Task Force, with President Roth, and on Need Blind. We passed resolutions on Academic Advising, on Reading Period, on a Day for Community Building, and so much more. So read our committee reports from the past four months, see our minutes from all the General Assembly meetings, and read the blog posts your student representatives have been writing. Help us be a better Assembly by emailing us, filling out our survey, coming to our weekly open meeting, and voting for your new representatives to fill the eight open At-Large positions on the Assembly. Voting closes Friday December 7th at 11:59pm. We’ll be back in January when you can find us where we always are on Sundays at 7pm: 41 Wyllys room 114.
