Ever Roll Down Foss Hill? You Will at WesWars
Oct. 30, 2009 by Olivia Bartlett Drake
Tonight, University Relations hosted WesWars for students. According to the community blog “WesWars: Starting a New Tradition” (see posting below), WesWars is an inter-class, campus-wide competition. Loosely modeled after class competitions of old and “cannon scraps” which were popular in the mid 1800’s; it is composed of field games, trivia questions, and whatever else the Wesleyan population wants to be there.
Students were divided by class year and played an array of games, from the Foss Hill Roll to a human pyramid. Here are some photos I snapped at the event tonight:

Thanks to everyone who came! I glad you all have fun. Hope to see you all and more next year!
